Accessibility

Help accessing our website, practice information, and services.

All On Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry wants people with disabilities to be able to find information, contact the practice, and request care. Accessibility is part of our ongoing website work.

Help using the website

If a page, form, or other feature is difficult to use, contact the office. We can help you obtain the information or make a request through another appropriate method. You do not have to complete an online form to contact the practice.

  • Call (484) 283-5388.
  • Use our contact form and include “Website accessibility” in your message.
  • Write to All On Smiles Cosmetic Dentistry, 700 S Henderson Rd Ste 306, King of Prussia, PA 19406.

For an accessibility report, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the difficulty you encountered. If useful, tell us which browser or assistive technology you use and how you prefer to be contacted. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical history.

Our approach

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA guide our work. Our focus includes:

  • Clear headings, meaningful link text, and a way to skip to the main content.
  • Keyboard access and visible focus indicators for interactive controls.
  • Form labels, instructions, and understandable error messages.
  • Readable contrast, layouts that adapt to smaller screens, and support for text enlargement.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

We review accessibility as content and features change. This statement describes our approach; it is not a claim that every page or third-party feature conforms to every WCAG requirement.

Maps and external services

Embedded maps and linked third-party websites may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. Our street address and telephone number are also provided as text. If an external service prevents you from getting practice information or requesting care, contact the office for assistance.

Communication and visits

If you need an accessible format, a communication aid, or an accommodation for a visit, tell the office what would help. You may use a relay service when calling. The team can discuss your needs and available arrangements with you.

For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Avoid including sensitive health information in an accessibility message.
