When several teeth need attention, a coordinated plan can make the choices clearer. Discuss damaged or missing teeth, chewing concerns and appearance with Dr. David Azizyan at All On Smiles in King of Prussia.
Full-mouth rehabilitation coordinates treatment for several dental needs. It may bring together care for damaged teeth, missing teeth, the bite and appearance. It is a planning approach, not a single procedure.
Rehabilitation does not automatically mean implants or treatment of every tooth. Your assessment establishes which areas need care and how proposed treatments relate to each other.
A broader assessment can be useful when several teeth are damaged or missing, previous dental work needs attention, or function and appearance both concern you.
Start with what affects daily life: where eating feels difficult, which teeth worry you and what you would like to improve. Existing restorations and your preferences belong in the plan too. Request a rehabilitation consultation.
Each option has a different role. Your assessment helps establish which treatments fit your needs.

Discuss temporary arrangements, the visits involved and whether care can be phased. You should understand the purpose and limitations of each stage before making a decision.
The number of teeth, treatments, materials and preparatory care all affect the estimate. A comprehensive plan should specify inclusions, separate charges and ongoing maintenance.
The practice offers “12 Teeth HMR” and “24 Teeth FMR” bundles. Your assessment determines whether either fits your treatment needs. Review current treatment bundles and payment information, or contact the practice for an estimate based on your proposed care. We can explain which offer applies to your plan and what it includes.
Bring a list of your main concerns, previous treatment information and questions about the proposed care. Dr. Azizyan’s background includes rehabilitation planning and implant dentistry; your visit can help connect those options to your needs.

No. The plan may preserve and restore existing teeth as well as replace missing ones. The assessment determines what is needed.
They can overlap. Rehabilitation focuses on multiple dental and functional needs, while a smile makeover generally starts with appearance goals.
Some care can be phased. Dental priorities and how treatments depend on one another determine the sequence and temporary arrangements.
Do not use the offer size to decide how much treatment you need. First establish the proposed clinical plan, then ask whether an offer applies and what it includes.
